Why did it matter?
Traditional ERP systems can make everyday business operations unnecessarily complex. Friday was conceived to create a simpler, more intuitive way for teams to interact with business processes and manage their work through a modern digital experience.

I approached Friday as an end-to-end product design and engineering initiative, combining UX strategy, interface design and software development. The focus was on simplifying workflows, improving navigation and establishing a consistent experience across the platform.
